About LifeWise Community Projects

LifeWise Community Projects, Inc. was incorporated as a independent, nonprofit service organization, with a 501 (c)(3) qualification in May of 1992.

Bruce A. Montville EE founded LifeWise with the vision of activating the untapped resource of volunteers and referring this resource to nonprofit service providers in Rockingham and Strafford Counties.

From 1992 to the summer of 1997 LifeWise had, without funding, been able to provide recruiting and referral services on a part-time basis.

However, by combining the volunteer labor force from its own database with other nonprofit groups, LifeWise forms partnerships, which accomplish a number of meaningful and needed projects.

LifeWise was started on the premise that effective volunteer placements can extend the ability of a nonprofit to provide increased capacity to its customers, while offering the volunteers a meaningful service experience to their community and themselves.
